Do you want to make a difference to the lives of young people around the country?

We need thirteen EMR colleagues from across the business, to form the panels that will help decide which causes our Building Brighter Futures Fund will support this year.

How many people do you need?

We need a core panel of five people who will facilitate the decision making across all regions.
We will also need two people from each region, to join the core panel in deciding where the money should be spent in their area.

The regions are:

• London & the South East
• North East
• North West
• West Midlands

What will I need to do?

There will be one decision-making session for each of the four regions. Each session will last around two hours.

The five core panel members will need to take part in all four sessions. The regional panel members will only need to attend the session for their area.

All sessions will have a Teams video call link, so panel members can attend remotely.

Why should I apply to be on the panel?

Being part of the panel is a great way to help to guide the future of this exciting initiative and make a difference to young people across the country.

It’s also a great way to meet people from across the business, develop your personal skills, and make a contribution beyond the work you already do on a daily basis.

Can anyone apply?

Yes, absolutely! If you’re chosen, we’ll work with your manager to create the flexibility in your work day to attend the sessions and share your thoughts and opinions.
